Mine were only suggestions - it's really down to the owner.

I have two cars in rebuild at the moment. One on a new chassis, one the original.

The car retaining the original chassis has never been a road car, the one with new was rotten, from the inside. The rebuilds I've done previously, spraying the tubes on the inside caused no issues?

Bling in abundance..

less so on the road car.

Who would you recommend for coating manifolds/decat pipes ? Zircotec seems very prcey and the black goes grey according to some..

I've never had it done, just had cars in that have had Zircotec coatings. The difference in temperature is ridiculous. I touched the silencer on an Ultima 10mins after it arrived with my bare hands!

It's taken longer than expected but hopefully will be getting her back at the end of this week!
There're are some photos on TVR Power's Facebook page for anyone who's interested.
Cheers....

Looks great, it'll be like having a brand new car!

How long has it taken for them to do it?

Hi Chris, it's been just over three months but I don't think much was done for the first month or so!
Also getting new carpets, new wiper arms, alloys refurbished so you're right, it should feel like new. smile
Most other major bits have been replaced over the years so the car's a bit like Trigger's broom! biggrin
Cheers....

I think a lot of Tams are like that now, let's face it, the original Bison fake leather interior had a shelf life of about two months from new.

That's what I love about these cars, they're so 'modular', almost anything can be changed/upgraded to help keep them looking and feeling like new.

It's only the carpet that's getting replaced, the bison and lamonta is staying and is in pretty good condition. Not bad for a 15 and half year old car! smile
