Still looking for 2nd hand S6 decat pipes or a pair of old cats that no one wants,surplus etc

What is it your looking to get from doing this. I've used hollowed out cats, sounded rubbish and made not a lot else difference.

Then bought Clive's hiflow decats. The sound is awesome and the throttle response improves. It's not free and seems pricey but there is simply no comparison. The only way you'd better it is having some merged collector manifolds made and getting rid of that ridiculous void the exhaust gas tumbles into with the standard manifold/cat arrangement.

Echo the above, there's no getting away from the cost, but Clive's decats are a work of art, to good to hide away

Will do. I'll put an overview on as well. The only thing i'll be disappointed with with not having the CATs is the fact the 4.3's run rich and I don't fancy the smell of unburnt fuel, but I'll see how it goes. I managed to get a pair of knackered cats for £15.
