Its not really a new model nige its just a T350c with a sunroof surely?

Given how good my t350 is, it can only be positive to have a lift out roof option - but at 2k extra it appears quite a lot of money?

Well after sitting in traffic for an hour earlier with the aircon just managing to keep me cool, a lift out sunroof is the last thing I'd want... Sat in the jam with two SLK Merc's and a new 500SL next to me. All three of them put their electric roofs up while I sat there and obviously stuck their climate control on. Oh for a TVR with an electric roof and climate control!!

It should be good for nice open roads though, if the buffetting isn't too bad...

I thinks those panels are too small to be worth bothering with, especialy for a couple of grand.
I had hoped for something similar to the Tuscan's roof, although how you would manage to stow a big panel inside the car I dunno.
Hopefully the finished article will have been worth the wait - otherwise I may have to have a rethink

Hey, Nicksey, I quite often have this problem where I get a red cross in a box instead of the picture.

1) how do I clear my browser cache for chrissakes? and
2) is there any other way of making sure I don't get this problem?

I know I am not alone in this. Mrs Fish has the same problem.

Snakes

Snakes, there are a couple of ways to refresh the page as follows:-

1. To reload the page from the internet hold down the Shift key a click 'Refresh' - this will force your browser to pull the content down from the web rather than just reload them from your local copy (cache).

If you want to clear your browser cache completely then:-

2. If you are using IE (MS Internet Explorer) go to Tools, Internet Options, Temporary Internet Files and click 'Delete Files'

I am still getting pictures missing despite the above and I am not sure if it is fotango.com or some other factor. The links do work because if you follow through from the fotango home page - public gallery - transport - automobiles - there are two albums called 'TVR what is it' and 'T350T prototype', go into these folders and view the pictures, right mouse click on them and the image properties match the link in the post.

If you look at them through fotango and then go back to the PH thread they appear OK. Very frustrating!!!

Maybe Luca Brazzi can host them?

Snakes, I've done a bit more testing on this (and read through the various postings on the subject properly this time) and the issue with Fotango hosted pictures was down to me (chair to keyboard interface error).

I've gone back through some of the threads that I have posted pics on and changed them in the following way.

When logged into Fotango and viewing your own albums, go through the process of making your pictures part of a public gallery and then go back into the album.

View a single picture by clicking on it, (you will now only see the Image View screen with a single picture), there is a group of boxes on RHS titled 'Other Options', click on 'View your link to this picture', when the screen refreshes look above the orange title bar and there is some small text displayed 'The URL for this photo is:....', use this URL in your posts and the problems goes away.

It looks as though the links to the public galleries (when viewing public gallery pictures and right mouse clicking on them brings up a property box with a URL) break after a certain period of time however using the process above works.

Does exactly what it says on the tin (but I didn't read the tin)...

Cheers, Nicksey

Only got to wait another two weeks (tomorrow) until TVR'dom!!
