You're not wrong. I offer the same service for DB9 and 3200gt documents with much the same result.
Your only seeing the ones that bother to post a request you don't get to see the ones who send an email request without even bothering to post.
Mostly new members with low or 1 post history.

Yes. I originally requested the V8V manual and received it. I think the volume of requests is what may delay any response.
