I got my copy in the post today. It made it all the way to Cobh (cove). Thanks very much. I will enjoy reading it.
Hi Gus, glad it has arrived aok and hope you enjoy it, Ireland is just a short trot away, the guide regularly goes to Australia, the Far East (China, Singapore) USA/Canada etc - it seems people love Aston's worldwide Edited by Grant3 on Tuesday 19th June 12:08
Grant got mine, read it, liked it. I think it's a good reference guide. I thought the structure of the book was a little confusing and pieces seemed repetitive but that's because it contains a lot of info and you clearly love Astons even with the occasional Porsche ref. I liked the a5 page size and some excellent but few new pics that I hadn't seen elsewhere. But that's just nitpicking. Thank you.

Hi Mike thanks for the feedback, appreciated. Having purchased many fact based books that are too "heavy" and maybe highbrow (where you wade through part and then give up) we wanted to make the guide an informal involving read, while still presenting all the detail and data (and there is a lot!). The contents page above is designed to help navigate around all the information. The concept is - we introduce the range and take a look at their illustrious history to set the scene. Then we look under the skin first, at the building blocks of the range, followed by each individual model variant. Next we explore the various options and colour choices and this is followed by the inspection/what look out for section, finishing with running and owning. We thought this the best way to present all the in-depth information in order to keep the reader's interest and involvement. There are nearly 500 quality images (some of A.M's press shots are simply stunning) in the guide, we chose them carefully to bring alive the text and show all aspects of the entire range, inside and out (+under the skin.) rather than specifically seeking out all-new. Thanks for buying the book and glad you enjoyed it overall, we aim to keep developing, improving and updating the guide with each new addition.

It has arrive and I've just started reading...
Interesting stuff about the data logging!
We have Ford to thank for that Steve... but without their investment A.M. wouldn't be as successful as they are today, it's also a pretty common feature on cars these days. Hope you enjoy the rest of the guide, you have another 236 pages to go Interesting stuff about the data logging!

Just ordered mine, I fear this may not go down well with my wife, particularly as I broached the subject of getting an Aston over our Anniversary dinner last night!
Women, they're just wired up wrong! Can't wait to get into it. The book that is, not my wife's wiring.....
Actually female reaction to Aston's is an interesting subject, we should do a PH survey on the subject Women, they're just wired up wrong! Can't wait to get into it. The book that is, not my wife's wiring.....
In my experience the stunning exterior design gets a pretty much universally positive reaction from men and women. I actually think that the ladies subconsciously expect to see a rugged James Bond type exit the car, which adds to its appeal ( so they get a shock when Lady Topaz or Molly exit ) so your other half will likely love the car (once she has been up close and personal with an Aston in the flesh) but hate the fact that other attractive members of the opposite sex are continually attracted to see who is driving that lovely car
