I not sure if you have my cars details on your register. Only just bought the car from Aston Martin Wilmslow a month ago,previously had V8V 4.7. So only started looking at the V12 forum lately.

Now then folks, here's is a rare V12V just found for my Register (S00957) - the 584th!

I have this as a UK Product Development car - which could mean anything(!), but in this instance I think it is because this car is in the new (at the time) Silver Fox exterior colour, and I think you'll agree with me in saying this looks stonking! The interior is also in unique Chainmail Grey and Chancellor Red and together with red calipers really looks quite superb.
And I have also spotted an oddity - the sill plaque just visible shows this to be a Vantage S, although these could have been replaced at some point in the car's history as it has already covered over 21k miles.

Hello. Jeff Young in the US here. In late December, I purchased a 2012.5 V12 Vantage, no. 3 of the 40 last edition Carbon Black cars. It is matte black.

Here's the registry information:

Chassis 181 is hte lsat three of the VIN.
Registration date: 1/23/13
Reg (incl previous reg if applicable)
Colour 1 Satin AML Carbon Black
Colour 2 (ie Mako)
Interior colour - Obsidian Black/Obsidian black alcantara
Headlining and carpet colours: Black alcantara
Facia trim and brake calipers: Facia is carbon, brake calipers are red.
Seat type - sports seats or lightweight buckets: US seats only
Audio system - 160W/700W/1000W B&O: B&O
Country (UK/USA/Germany/Australia etc): USA
Notes - optional extras such as front park sensors, garage door opener, heated seats etc.:

Heated seats, front park sensors, umbrella, second ecu (broken though, ugh), first aid kit.

Hi Jeff, thanks very much for that info. Of the 40 limited run cars yours is one of nine I was missing information on!
Could you please confirm, are your seat inserts alcantara or full leather? Also, could you post up some pictures of the beast?

Thanks Phil. I'm in Europe now but will be back next week and will try to post pictures.

Seats have alcantara inserts. I think it has pretty much every available option -- heated seats, umbrella, first aid kit, B&O, front parking sensors, matte paint.

It also has auto wipers and lights.

Do you know how many of the "final 40" were matte/Satin black?

My car appears to have been originally sold in Scottsdale, Arizona in early 2013, and driven fairly regularly by one owner until sold to me.

Hi Jeff, okay a little more clarification now I've had time to study the Register:-

1. I haven't had it confirmed, but looking at the chassis numbers, I believe the run was only 30 not 40. Unless 10 more were built later on in the series.
2. I need info on the following - no.4, 6, 8, 16, 17, 21, 24, 27, 29 and 30.
3. The colour breakdown of the ones I have is - Satin 17 cars, Carbon 4 cars, Azurite 5 cars, and 3 non-blacks - Skyfall Silver, Flugplatz Blue and Red Lion.

May be your dealer could fill in some of the blanks?!

Thanks on this. The Red Lion is the West Coast dealer car. Didn't realize there were so many satins.....

My sill plate says 3 of 40 (the three cars I've seen all had similar plates) so not sure on the 30 v. 40 deal. The sill plate suggests 40 obviously.

Well folks, after nearly 5 years I have reached the milestone of 600 V12V's (coupe/manual) on my Register - halfway! Yes, some records are incomplete but I still think it's an achievement!
Somehow though, I think the other 600 will be harder to find....if anyone sees any European/Dubai V12V's on their travels abroad please lay down in the road in front of them, get the last 4 vin numbers out of the front windscreen, a couple of photos and ask nicely to get one of the interior too.....!!

Well done Phil.
Compiling the details of 600 cars is quite an achievement.

My modest register of Grigio Titanio Vantages (MY 2009 onwards), is an easy task in comparison.
Only 14 are known in the UK, one of which, as you know is a V12 Coupe.
My only recent 'spots' have been cars that are being resold, and are already known to me.
One is on the Pre-owned website now, but that might be a slow seller, because the dealer has (presumably mistakenly) increased the price by £14,000.

Yes ,. This car was sold by Meridian with very low miles and they sold it very quickly.

I particularly need info on European V12V's so any members out and about or living/working in the Euro Zone, please keep me posted on any you see?

Now..... How can I find the Oriental cars......there's around 40 of them!
