Mine comes in a misty semi-matte wrap, grey or sea green, it seems.

Nice DB4!
Very old-school gangster look in matte, very unusual. Like it a lot!
I would suggest it was a joke! The DB4 clearly has a shine to it. rofl

p.s. there's nothing "old school" about matt finish, they're full on modern gansta' rapp look!

Sorry yes I was just being ironic about the mist covering the car in the rain. It is a nice look, only available when stationary.

Im going to buy a db4 and wrap it matte! Mark my words, it will be extremely cool! People will get confused, the world will stop making sense (did it ever make sense?), politicians will start telling the trueth, women will become understandable and taxation systems will be fair.... the world will be mad!

He lost me at "women will become understandable". At that point I knew he was delirious

Here's another Mako Blue one, my V12 Vantage S Roadster, last weekend climbing up the French Mont-Ventoux with the French Aston Martin Club Aston Passion. We had a great time and got insulted quite often by the cyclists... or perhaps they were supporting us, we'll never know, we were going too fast to be able to fully understand them! biggrin

Well they don't seem to think so. Every group of cyclists I have encountered take up the entire road and don't care to move to let you pass. One of the guys in our group had a near miss with one storming downhill coming out of a blind corner in the middle of the road insulting him! We were driving fast but on our side and responsibly.

Agree with you but it's not the done thing to criticise cyclists on Pistonheads. The lycra warriors will be down on you like a ton of bricks. wink

Only four V8 Vantage Roadsters in this colour in the UK, only eight in the world (unless you know different?).
The absolutely only car anywhere with the AM wings decals (apart from the pair of LeMans racing cars which provided the original inspiration).
Only slight issue is - this colour is Ferrari's Grigio Alloy - so technically it is a grey... wink

The interior is Caspian Blue & Cream Truffle (what else?)

You're sailing close to the wind on this thread but I'll give it to you, it does seem to have a blue hue. At least it's not the ubiquitous silver birch!
