Stratus White I believe, just had the wheels done, next on the list is too get the grilles stripped of the black and refinished either the same as the wheels or back to factory.

came across this one for sale, a very special color on special order, it even has a name plate in it with the person who ordered it.
its a strange brown metallic V12V

looks a bit red-ish in this picture, but the next you can see the brown

it also has a brown interior, but not really my style, so i post only the build plate special for? who knows him?
the car is in Cannes... is that not in France movie cannes? moviestar? haha.

Yes, I know my car looks black:

But when the sun comes out it has quite a purple hue to it and is apparently the only Virage coupe painted in this colour.:

I think the plate is one of those ‘fake’ ones made by a third party some owners like to add to their cars, not something done by AM afaik?

I am fairly sure they were a cost option, and are possibly available to order retrospectively direct from AM too.

Tony H on here used to make them up for a fraction of the cost, but I’ve not seen him post in this forum for a fair while.

Best Regards

good info, they also have such option by Donkervoort in the Netherlands, see some/most of their limited models of the Donkervoort D8 GTO series, they have to plaques on the dash passengers side.
It tells the number, say car number 5-40 (5 from 40) and 'build for ' (name)

Yup, it absolutely WAS a AM factory option (albeit as Minglar said Tony did very good clones for less). When I ordered my V12VS in 2017 the factory price for "Personalised Sill Plaques" was £495.00
