Short V8 Vantage antenna

If anybody is looking for a short aerial suitable for pre 2008 V8 Vantages this 5mm thread 2" Alta (105) antenna fits perfectly and performs well. It is excellent quality and made of billet aluminium. There is also a 4" version (100) available.

Got one of these last week. Looks so much nicer and the reception I think is better than the standard whip aerial.

Bit of a resurrection but is this still a good option for a shorter antenna for my Vantage?

Yes, why not?

But only fits MY08 and before (later there was no roof antenna any more).

Actually, the antenna was until MY07 only.

That's why I got the MY08 - no antenna, but the (in my point of view) more beautiful centre console.
