I'd be surprised if they run with both a virage and a DB9 going forward - regardless of the name, IMO there will be one 'base' V12 GT (effectively a morph of the DB9 and virage) and one DBS/Vanquish replacement, i.e. super GT V12, again name tbc If they do something in the middle, maybe they will simply call it the S version like with the Vantage and Vantage S - they know there needs to be more separation between the current 2+2 V12s in price, ability, looks, etc

Wow, I like that!
Has the aggressive angularity of the Vanquish with a bit of One-77 thrown in. Perfect!

Yeah, this is how I understand the range will be going. There will be this DB9/Virage replacement as the V12 GT, with the hardcore DBS above it and V8V below.

Can't be the DB9 replacement, far too aggressive and purposeful looking for that. It will scare the existing owners! Got hints of a Vanquish at the rear three quarters. Like the look of that

The fella in the steam room next to me reckons it's the Cygnet replacement. Bit misty the screen, but it looks quite good to me

if this is the DBS/vanquish replacement, I love the idea that the aggression comes from lines in the haunches etc rather than the little (slightly flashy for AM) add on bits that differentiate the current DBS from the DB9

And the haunches don't seem to connect smoothly with the door area. Looking at the very first photo, the car almost appears 'bent' if you know what I mean. Any way, very unappealing at first glance. But who knows how much is real vs camouflage.

I'm not too sure. If the current design was not familiar it would be hard to tell which is the more modern car. I'm not sure this is progress - perhaps just different? I also don't like some of the details like the low set rear plate.
Perhaps this is not the finished article?

Looking closely at the roof, it appears that an ejector passenger seat will finally be offered as an option.......

I think it looks lovely! I think you gotta take in 'the whole' of the design and not get distracted by individual components.
I think (hope) it will sell by the bucket load.
