AMDBSNick said: Absolutely amazing. Please PM me details of where to get the logo. Thank you http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Ingenious-Designs I can see this firm getting a bit of a surge in sales! Fair credit to our neighbour for finding them (they were looking for a logo for their boat not something for our garage). A little tricky to put up (no actual ironing involved!) but well worth it.

The floor tiles came from a company called "The Versatile Flooring Company" based in Hertfordshire. Nice people to deal with! Before laying the tiles the concrete was treated to 2 coats of floor paint. The tiles themselves are resistant to petrol and oil (not that Astons leak), be careful as other makes are not. They are also antislip and offer great insulation.

Am I missing something? Is the garage the same size? I'd quite like to do that!

Massive garage envy It was a big decision - he had to reduce the size of his woodstore to increase the size of his garage! Builder and electrician - work in progress:

Thats quite superb , i'd love to do mine soon , a question , how did you finish the floor where you drive the vehicle into the garage ? Do you use a special strip that matches the floor tiles? Any chance of a picture of this area cheers

An alternative that I have used is http://mototile.com/They do entrance strips and "skirting" to match. I recommend them,

I will ask Molly to post a picture of the entrance strip because that task it is well beyond me. A bit more madness was having part of the driveway raised and tarmaced so that the tyres would not carry gravel into the garage and damage the tiles. When it was laid a camber was applied so that water would run off when washing took place.
To anyone reading this who is contemplating buying an Aston please take into account the purchase price is just the beginning of the story!

Well my garage is a store room so my V8V will be living on my drive and enjoying the British weather. I suppose buying a five year old V8V is less of an investment (about the same as a new Audi) than a new DBS or V12V at over £100K, so I can appreciate the love and care that many of you lavish on these beautiful cars but mine won't have that luxury. I think she knows I love her anyway
