Polar8, thanks for the feedback. Please can you let me have details of the Paralight website and/or part number.

Cheers.

the website was given by polar8, but no pics; i would be curious to see how it looks to have the remote sticking in the ashtray all the time.....

I have a similar remote switch that was designed for the Corvette. Works great and the default position (when you start the car) is flaps open. smile

If you have the auto-dimming rear view mirror with Homelink, I have heard of people programming one of the Garage door buttons to operate the remote for the flaps. Sounds like a much better "Q" style solution.

This sounds ingenious, has any one got any more detail on this one? As an associated question, does the presence of the buttons on the mirror automatically mean you have Homelink? I ask because it wasn't on the spec sheet for mine but the buttons are there.

I've got the Paralight switch but I can't get it programmed to my Homelink remote. I suspect it might be due to different frequencies used here in North America vs. UK.

Just bought a beautiful Carbon Black V12 Vantage. Just beautiful. A bit too quiet with Fuse 22 in, so I pulled it and no difference. Is this possible? Im thinking it might be to do with the Sports Button. Is it?

Any V12V owners out there that can help me?

Thanks
Old thread - new owner of a 2012 V12V. So which fuse is it anyway? Manual says its boot fuse 22 (see below) - but pulling that does nothing. Per the thread I'm going to try boot fuse 15 - not in use any way....

Just for info, the V12V exhaust valve (boot) fuse 22 changed to 15 from the 10.5MY onwards.

You would think a straight forward subject however I thought I would add a little more confusion!!! The manual says F22 but there is no fuse in it. The sport button still lowers the point at which the sound gets better to 3K! So my conclusion is either fuse F15 which is the obvious thing to try next or ...... the manual is from a nother car/wrong! Hmmm. Any excuse to play around in the garage.

Just to confirm - despite what it says in the manual, in my 2012 it was fuse 15. Highly recommended to remove as then in the cabin you get great sound even with just a bit of throttle from 1k on. Even puttering around with revs at 1-2k with the windows down sounds like a low volume GT3 race...

Will do, can't wait for some decent weather to actually drive it. Thanks for the confirmation.
