It has been for sale for atleast eight months I know of. You would have thought someone would have snapped up such a stylish, stunning and overpriced car by now.

"The star car for MPH 2009 at earls court" That can't be right - my car was the star of the MPH show in 2009! Also just out of curiosity, if some other tasteless person decided they would like to recreate this mess, how much would it cost? 05 DB9 with 30k miles for circa £35k, and a wrap for what, £3k? Where does the other £30+k come from?

I think his angle is LHD for exporting to Europe - Perhaps Astons in Europe command this sort of price? Perhaps someone here can verify.

Yes AM prices in Europe are up to 30,40% higher than in the UK.A 05 DB9 will retail at 60 000 euros in France.

Judging by the car next to it as well (Gallardo?), I think the seller must be this guy:

It's not gold, but brass. In recognition of the favoured hobby of DB9 drivers and to give them some practice when cleaning it.

It is left hand drive and in Spain where it's currently registered it is worth that. Please look at lhd Aston Martin . The car has covered from new 29000 miles with all history. Used as a James bond promo car or the 50th anniversary or James bond. - 1972carcollector

I've seen this car, it's in the London Motor Museum. Tatty, early DB9 with plastic knobs and an awful wrap It made me sad when I saw it, and a little embarassed. However, LHD does command stronger money... He was originally asking £99k back in the day, dropped to £85k... What is it now, didn't click as on my phone.
