The 'issue' I have with Tony's knobs is that they are yet another material to add to the dashboard - stainless steel, so they don't match with the alloy knobs on the heater controls (V8Vantage). Yes I could replace all the dashboard knobs with Tony's but then lose the illumination of the originals. No I don't need them lit to use them, they just look nice at night with a bit of illumination.
These are the closet match to the heater controls - aluminium, are knurled (Peter will be along to tell me the technical term is something else smile ) and have a chamfered edge, just like the heater controls.
But like you say not to everyone's tastes. I don't like the Sarah Maynard ones either.

Do you still want some fibre optic cabling for your knobs?

read that - are the knobs not an example of a 'straight' knurl?

Neil, US knob price higher than UK, but certainly not unreasonable. Beyond Farnell we have Newark's markup plus UPS providing extensive incremental air and ground transportation.

Who cares what naysayers think, not me, nor my mate, who also fancies a set.

I found Farnell thanks to you. A week later assembled the parts to my radio after looking at those, dull as dishwater, OE plastic pieces for almost 5 years.

Said it before, will say it again, nice find Neil!

I have just ordered four sets of these to meet the Farnell minimum order value of £20.00.

They should arrive in the next few days.

If anyone would like a set, e.g. 2x507.61 + 1x505.41 then let me know ?

Am I the only one who finds alloy knobs for the stereo a little out of place with all the other grey plastic buttons around them?

Heater controls are different as they're "on their own".

I wonder if it would be possible to recoat/colour the button packs. Piano black or make them out of carbon maybe smile
