Looks great. Would look even better with clear rear lights though imo
Wonderful photographs. Most impressed by your stunning first shot, with red / black background, and showing the open 'swan' doors. My own preference regarding rear lights, is clear for black cars, but red for lighter coloured cars. My reason is the same as 'brakedwell'. Red does create a good contrast on light coloured cars. It just goes to show how we all have different choices.
On subject of choices, am I alone in not liking the recent AM design trend, for sprouting plastic fins, exagerated rear wings, front splitters, diffusers and sills? Aero parts on a race car are fine, but it can look a bit 'boy racer', when drivng to the shops.

Nope, I've been complaining about it for ages. The spoiler on the new Vanquish does exactly what it says on the tin imo, spoils it. The front splitter is utterly revolting too. There is a big danger that Aston Martin will fall into the common trap of chasing the people who don't love their cars at the expense of people who do. All the flash stuff moves the cars into Italian territory, but, personally, I love Astons for their understated Britishness. The genius is to make a car that can do 200MPH without looking like a knife-block. Aston Martin should stick to doing well what it does well, not doing badly what other manufacturers do well.
