Sadly, it was fellow members who stamped on any less than glowing snippets of feedback, rather than the site moderators.
Yep, as I have said above, I was one of them. I simply couldn't believe that there could be anything negative going on, it was all so great. And then suddenly it wasn't
Many problems, commonly engine-based have surfaced now but obviously very little can come to light via this forum. Perhaps that's for the best as we move on.
Well, you're the third person to tell me of a horror story about this Company Steve - and I have spent time with you so I know you are a genuine guy.
I used them for a standard service - no problems and some excellent warranty advice.
Your experience, and those of the other 2 people I know, would appear to have one common denominator - they were all encountered during more serious work being undertaken than just a regular service.
It would appear that Dick was found wanting when asked to step outside of his comfort zone

I know they no longer exist, I was on about the thread that was deleted, regarding the subject of this thread now working elsewhere
I don't think blackice was saying he was Rick (was he, did I miss a subtle hint?) in the thread that got pulled, just that he was like him. His other thread saying he was back has been pulled to. Gassing Station | Aston Martin | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
