Just making sure dates are clear for us and also hope to make the Alpine South trip next year, having read reviews and heard many comments it really sounds great fun. Only problem being is i too have an 'S' - is there space for another ?

Too right there is - get signed up ASAP! We were well outnumbered by porky-porches on Alpine North 2012! Lets show those German machine drivers some true British spirit!!

PS Where are all these 'S's materialising from? Previously the only gathering I recall of more than one S was the couple of occasions that we have met Mikey K!

Alpine South 2013 is going to be A Battle of Britain remake. ME109 versus Spitfire. Or Aston versus 911, we will be hopelessly outnumbered so we need every Aston. Get that deposit paid England needs you!

May we just consider here that Astons are very rare in our area whereas, as you have said elsewhere this evening, in your street there are flippin'loads! A Liverpudlian has got some nerve using the above term

yes rob I am listening, I know, I know, I have some further homework yet though, but do they all really weigh 1600kg +! which is a concern for the hairpins. Then again I couldn't keep up with the 1400kg Z4M so maybe, can just squeeze to a 4.7. You'll be the first to know.;) Andy
