I'm getting the lower 4 buttons (V12V) fitted by a main dealer at the moment while the car is in for a service, £190 for the buttons and a bit less again for the fitting I think (don't have exact numbers to hand).
Didn't enquire about the full kit, the sports button gets far more use then the glove box/seat adjustment, so best value I thought.
Can post a pic when I get it back if any one is interested.

just checked, I have a glass button for the glovebox as well as all the centre console but the 'hidden' buttons to tilt my lightweights forward are the plastic ones - that's now standard on the V12VR
also checked the price list - it's a £395 option on all v8 vantages and v12v coupe when specced with a new car

Here's the link to the Nicholas Mee ones for the V8 & DB9 Manual: (£347)

To be clear on my earlier post, V12VR comes as standard with 4 glass buttons in the centre console (Sport, traction, parking & fogs) plus 1 glass button for glovebox. The seat tilt buttons are plastic, but I have lightweights so the buttons are hidden and it really doesn't matter (IMO) if they are glass or plastic. Whether the seat tilt buttons are glass if you order regular seats, I'm not sure but that would make sense - those buttons are on view in the car
The price list indicates that it's £395 for glass buttons on all other vantages, V8 or V12, but of course that could mean from 4 buttons in a manual V8V with lightweights (3 in the console & 1 in the glovebox) up to 10 buttons in an auto with regular seats (4 at the top, 3 at the bottom, 2 for the seats and 1 for the glovebox). I therefore wonder if the pricing info is correct..........
The glass buttons are listed in the latest accessories brochure with images to tempt you

The glass buttons: Are they a retro fit for all model years?
It would be nice to know they’d still look and fit ok with the original starter button.
The buttons never changed before introduction of the glass ones, so I can't see a problem. They'll look great with the old starter button. It would be nice to know they’d still look and fit ok with the original starter button.

I've had the Ski Slope off before and looked at the back. To be honest its a fiddly job. Its a little difficult, but not a lot, its more fiddly than hard. I don't know how much AM charge per hour, i'm sure its reassuringly expensive ..... But whether you're a pro or a DIY, its still time consuming. I have taken the buttons out to move the Ski, but have not taken it apart, I would guess it would take the best part of a morning to do, but that's based on the fact that I have not done it before. At AM, I guess they have some chap who has done 20 of them and I bet he can wip them out and in, in about 90 minutes, which includes tea and biscuits Like I said its time consuming and fiddley, not complicated.
Having said that, sometimes dealers are subsidized to do upgrades. Look at the deal that AM did on the clear rear lights about 12 months ago. If they charge £100.00 to do the work, that's not bad ........

Here are some phone pictures of the fitted glass buttons, final cost was about £48 each, fitting for all 4 about £150. Classed it as a late Christmas present to myself!
And here is one of the old buttons, so it is a full switch unit swap. Slightly different font on the new "Sport" button. Quite pleased with the finished effect, matched the starter slot nicely.
Hope that's some use to anyone else thinking of retro fitting the option.
Now I need to decide if I change the leather steering wheel to Alcantara, I'd welcome anyone's experience of both

As I mention above, the price list, if correct, shows the same price of £395 (on a new car), for 'glass buttons' regardless of which vantage model or transmission.....have to assume it's not the case aftermarket but you never know.....
