Or green. I had just driven to Monaco, a few days of rain and dirty roads and then back to Epernay for this photos. If you'd happened to brush against the car, it would have been filthy smile

Wow, I can see it's Green now. I've never been a Green car person, but I must admit it does look bloody lovely. Having said that Lighting looks good too. Decision decisions......

I have had problems logging in so late to this thread. I have previously has two Meteorite Vantages, a Titanium Silver DB9V and just got a Tungsten Silver V12VR. If I lived in a sunny climate the Tungsten Silver would get my vote each time. It has a depth of colour to it which is truly amazing in the sun and is far better than Meteorite or Titanium. I always found Meteorite a bit flat but if you are looking for understated then that is the one to go for. Titanium is a great colour for not really showing the dirt. My roadster has a Bitter Chocolate roof and Tungsten seems to have absorbed that into its shading.

However, as others have said it is what you like that really counts and you need to see the various shades of grey in real life to make your choice. Have fun choosing - it is nearly as good as owning!

For anyone wanting a pre-owned black car, there are certainly plenty to choose from.

At present, there are 79 V8 Vantages for sale at main dealers.

35% OF THEM ARE BLACK.
And according to MaverickV12, EVERY one of them is worth a fortune yes
MaverickV12 - I have just looked at your profile. You are certainly very keen on black.

However, you have not mentioned the colour of your DB9s headlining, or the colour scheme of your Chrysler Grand Voyager (including window tints).

(Just light hearted, please do not be offended.)

Well it's Meteorite that rocks my boat! Was brave once and bought a yellow Audi TT roadster. Don' know if I should post a photo on here!! It looked fantastic ......but the hairdresser jokes and comments !!??!?!. There's a yellow Vantage owned by someone on here (Glyn??) and that's fabulous as well, but you have to be brave especially when it comes to finding a buyer. Lost sheds on the TT because of the colour.

I just think that every second car on the road is silver, Metrorite is the danglies!

Funny you should mention it. Just got the wife a new G Voyager, guess what colour ? Yes, Black, with Black carpets, Black seats etc etc. She's only had the car a week now and she's booked it into have the Limo window tints in. That should darken the G Voyager down to a nice shade of Black.

Then the BMW, actually, thats Black with Black Leather and Black carbon fibre interior.

Then the 9, I blacked out the front grill, that took ages. With Obsidian and piano, the roof lining is light grey. eekeekeek

FEAR NOT tongue out

I have booked the car in next year for a complete interior retrim. The headlining will be the black alcantara with red stitching, looks just like the DBS ultimate. All new leather (again all in black). I will be branching out from the black theme with red stitching. So Red stitching will be the only non black colour.

I think I'm being quite brave with the red stitching .......biggrin

Proving that a clean, polished Aston looks heart numbingly beautiful whatever colour it is in.

Mine is Tungsten but I wish it were cobalt blue or another interesting colour. Whilst the cars look great no matter what colour, I'm finding all the greys and silvers really dull.
