Hi - Pick up my 08 V8 tomorrow and can't wait. Any thoughts on insurance? Priviledge are quoting £478 which I thought was pretty good but was wondering should I go to a specialist broker that would ensure any repair works (which will hopefully never happen...) be completed by AM as opposed to a 3rd party repairer ? Thanks

I am sure one of the many insurance brokers will be along soon and confirm, but my understanding is that you get to choose where YOUR CAR is repaired, not them. They have lists of approved repairers, but it is your car and you can have it repaired wherever you want.Cockernee said:

So
Morning Mr Hooligan. As you know I don't do motor insurance However my understanding is that you can indeed have your car repaired wherever you like. I suspect if it's not an approved repairer you would not get a courtesy car. If it were me I would ask the question dirctly to the insurer Try Matt at Henderson Taylor. Used him/them for a few years with my previous Exige and 911.
Always a keen price and very good service.
