Yep, had this issue myself being the human for the good old British Bulldog........

You will find short journeys ok but I ruled out longer trips as the rear well doesn't really accommodate the non articulation of the breed,we also found
the rake of the rear hatch window didn't allow much head room and would be invariably covered in slobber.......

The rear glass angle also magnified the sunshine which did cause considerable concern so we gave up on bright days and left the beast at home.

In a nut shell the Bully will be ok for short trips,no more, although he will like it and draw attention to himself deflecting from your P and J.

You would be well advised as well to consider whether one Bully in the household is enough cus if like us you get another its a big no no in the Aston, trust me
I tried........

By the way the V8 boot works best as the V12 variants hump looses even more vital Bully space......happy days!.

I knew I just had to wait a short while and a great answer would come along! Our boy does suffer in the sun so it does sound like a no. Oh well just love that car and cant really have 2 cars. The better option is still looking like a panamera turbo. Shame it's no supermodel like the aston!

Err, I think you are confused - its B&O that has a hump in the boot, nothing to do with V12. A V8V with B&O would have the same boot hump.

Wait a minute, slow down...... there are loads of options. eek

Rapid springs to mind, should have loads of room, you could cover the rear seats and its bigger than a 9 (physically). The DB9 has a large laugh rear seat area, well I say large .... i mean for a dog it would be great.

Adam your correct, I should have been more diligent with my response as my V8 had premium stereo where as my V12V had B@O and consequently suffered from the hump!.

OP, are you sure the Bully will go in the Panamera as it to suffers with a hump of a rear end and a bowed window again leading to a greenhouse affect.

You might find it necessary to try said Bully to get approval as if I remember correctly he won't see out to well with the Porkers raised boot line.

You can probably guess I've been down that route as well.

One maybe... both... I wouldn't.

I don't envy you watching women's football either. It's like watching men's football at 50% speed usually! hehe

When Bully sets eyes on the Panamera, he will attack, believing it to be a Mongrel!

Can't believe we are on page two and nobody has commented on this in the same way as my small brain jumped too....my first thought was...

'I've had some ol dogs in my cars over the years but you tend to get a better choice with an Aston'
