Heated rear screen problem.

Just picked up my 08 v roadster from Stratstones, delighted with it,but noticed a couple of the heating elements aren't working. I have premium AM warranty and will approach the dealers about it, but wondered if it's possible to change the glass without having a new hood. BTW pics of new car posted soon!
