Hi everyone, new member here! Been a long time owner & also known Retman for a number of years. Have enjoyed a couple of V8 Vantages and finally took delivery of my DBS last year. Can't manage to get an image to upload but am working on it! Very interested to participate in things and hoping to start with the spring run should there be any slots still available.

The man-maths were always going to have to work overtime on this one, so whilst my heart is telling me to do it, I know my head secretly wants the opportunity to go away so I know they're all sold and I can go back to loving my perfectly amazing V8VR!

Yes it was looking like £44k for 2 years motoring by 'harsh light of day maths' . Got me thinking about another route though... Agree about your car, got a picture of the 'car park' ( field) at the pub stopover on the North Yorks run as my desktop background, got about 8 cars on it with yours in the foreground and the moors and blue sky in the background, stunning. Here's one of the car ready to leave for a 007 charity ball. The local constabulary allowed it to be driven to the venue that evening with the above show plates and the car raised circa £250.00 for the local hospice.
Not sure if this will load (being my first attempt), but I'll give it a go. Thanks for all the welcome comments - I sense the 'mad house' is going to be fun!

Welcome Reepster, indeed as my esteemed colleagues have intimated (someone else typed this posh stuff for me) this is a nuthouse of characters and the odd bit of banter coupled with some great meets.
