It's simply the N400 & S filter boxes and an ECU tweak for super unleaded.
I wonder what the price is? (pointless for me wink )

AFAIK, you only get 10bhp from it unless you use 100 Octane fuel, then you might get the full 20bhp.

Pretty poor value for money TBH.

Wa this the same as the Prodrive kit? That they recently stopped bothering with as they knew it didn't do much..?

I remember a couple years ago on the porsche forum, we set up a group buy for an official porsche sport exhaust and got them down by 50%.

Obviously before embarking on something of that nature, we would have to establish if this upgrade is any good and how many would be interested?

nice offer I suppose but pound for pound / BHP increase Vs BHP increase, the Bamford Rose exhaust kit totally blows this power increase out the water. Surely the offer is reflective of the AM power upgrade now being defunct??"

That's been done. It isn't good value for money even if 50% off. 10bhp, sometimes up to 20bhp.

A sub 3% gain in top-end power isn't going to make the car any more of an experience in my view. Better invested in some driver training to make the best of what you've got, IMHO anyhow.

Unless of course you're a tame ex-racing driver... we don't have any of those here wink

Hi,

http://www.donpalmer.co.uk/ has had some good write-ups (no personal experience), I am sure Cockernee will have some recommendations too. I also believe a few people have been on the AM driving days and come back impressed with the quality of instruction.

Now, now girls biggrin

However I agree, you will hardly notice 10BHP or 20BHP with super duper fuel. Manifold & cats yes for some nice added mid range torque and top end power & Definately driver training as a way of getting more enjoyment for your money.

A claimed 20bhp and 7 ft/lbs for 3800 sheets. And that's with a 30% reduction in price (so £5500 would be the normal price).

Let me think about that for a second.....erm....
