Title says it all really.How can I cure this.

If its still under warranty get it n for a new belt tensioner, common problem I'm led to believe. Mine went recently, started getting noisier and noisier. You can put some talcum powder on it but it'll only be a short term fix. HTH.

If it's not the belt tensioner bearing, a quick spray with a dry lube / belt dressing might cure it. Otherwise a new tensioner or belt will be required.

There's a newly designed pulley and belt. There's a service bulletin regarding the problem.

The parts are only @£100 iirc and @ 1hrs labour to replace if you're not under warranty. I had mine done this time last year.
