Queuing for the ferry at Le Mans last year, a guy kept walking from the front to the back of the car, looking thrown by the DB9 badge and DBS bonnet. Had to tell him in the end

had a day out at football instead....that was st as well

I was there with my Son, hes only 6 so we did not get to go on the parade but we had a great day out and even got a little red in the sun.

Some beautiful cars on display, good to see a number of the new and old Vanquish's. The racing was excellent, that Sunbeam Tiger was so quick.

We will definitely be a the Brands Event in July and thanks to the Vantage Racing team who let my son have a sit in the race car, made his day.

Their is another event at Silverstone in July - the Silverstone Classic - where there will be a lot of Astons on show. Apparently already 150 booked in to attend with a parade lap at lunchtime. Should be a great event as well.

There is indeed Ian but I shan't be able to make it for the following reasons.....

1. It clashes with our trip to London weekend, something I think I've managed to keep quiet so far.
2. It clashes with the wedding of the year of a formidable PHer, at which I am to give a surprise speech.

Otherwise, Silverstone will be a fabulous weekend
