Tony, to avoid getting caught by your average speed between tolls, why not set up your pasting table on the hard shoulder for half an hour and sell some of your local produce to the natives. You can then put the profits towards any fines later on. Et Voila!

I got banned from speaking French too but never fined. I think the "unclassified" at O level showed my affinity for the language.
