Only reason I said "might be" is because I was uncertain if the group buy was not inclusive of those in the US. I've heard that the deal killer for most people ordering is the outrageous shipping costs. If this was somehow solved, I would be placing an order for the mirror covers.

I have already asked OYA to include shipping costs and taxes to the UK in their quote. I can ask them
if they will do a separate quote to the US plus applicable taxes for you if you wish.

So chaps, OYA have got back to us and unfortunately they're offering NO discount on a group purchase...
And I quote...'The fixed price is the best and reasonable. there is no discount.'

So with that in mind its probably easier if we each go our separate ways and order individually.
Sorry, kinda presumed we'd of got something off for a £5k order.

Here's who we've been talking with should you want to take it further.

For those ordering the Kamtail, I would like to mention that the 'fitting' is not that perfect (as I would like to have been on an AM).
The sides of the Kamtail are showing some 3mm spacing with the center boot (on both sides). I attached a picture;

probably it has to do something to do with the structure of the mould or so...

I am interested in getting a few bits if there is group buy:

Hi Glyn, I'm not satisfied with the fitting of the SatnavCover and Centerconsole. Both are new, and arrived 5 days ago. If you are interested to buy them both from me, I can send them over to the UK in a few days. I will let them go for 1/2price.

We didn’t get a discount on the last group buy, but where you make a very good saving is with the delivery, if you price it up for individual delivery things get quite expensive, in fact, so much so that I would have found it prohibitive to the purchase of the parts I wanted, fortunately for us Robert arranged for the one crate to be delivered to him and he then very kindly arranged for all the individual orders to be forwarded on.

Yes that's a little worrying. Do you notice it? My car is black which may hide the gap somewhat?
The old adage you get what you pay for perhaps?

then you reach the point of no return... drilling the original bumper for new fastners for the diffuser
I only bought OEM for my now sold Aston, therefore can't comment personally. However the diffuser / bumper did not need to be drilled at any point when I fitted the N400 OEM piece.

Mind you, big saving for a small modification to the bumper.

Only non OEM carbon piece I had was the KAMM tail which I ordered from Vantage Collection. This was after I read online that two china copies had terrible fitment.

Apart from the above can you point me in the direction of the poor fitting KAMM spoilers?
Was going to order one from OYA but may have to rethink!

thanks!

Does anyone have any feedback regarding pre 2010 Vantage wing mirror covers and rear inserts with
any possible fitment issues?

Worth noting they also cannot confirm the KAMM tail will fit a roadster.

Good point that I missed. The Roadster has a different boot line and as such V Collection supply two different tails.

Karl, just as a matter of interest, OYA were quoting $70 for shipping your wing mirror covers to the USA.

Thanks. Pretty pricy, but total price still far cheaper than the $1,595 Aston wanted to charge me when I placed my car order. Of course, I know the Aston part is nicer, though. I just have to make sure the part fits properly before pulling the trigger.

The parts which I have fitment issues this week are;
- upper door panels
- satnav cover + dash cover
- kamtail.

The kamtail can be solved by using Terroson or other glue instead of the double sided tape OYA provides on the part. I used this method on a MCS some 10years ago, and the wing is still in place. Certainly on a black car this will be better.
Anyway, I'm removing the kamtail, as I find it to agressive on my Tugsten. If people are interested? (0 km driven by the way)

If people are still interested in a group buy, I will order again at OYA in a few days (weeks). I'm willing organise the whole buy for people in Europe.

Example;
Order $2785 (€2128,17)
Import taxes 3% €74,49
VAT 21% part €485,66
Shipment €510
VAT 21% Shipment €107.1
Total cost €3304,76

Shipping is an important part of the order. If some people join, this can be split imho...
