I have spoken to a charming girl at the racetrack who says that we would be more than welcome to turn up at the Lotus track day and that there will be food and drink available. There are however no other events planned for the day and I'm not sure how much of watching plastic cars going round in circles we can take.

Nick I leave it to you,do you know a nice way to reach Basinstoke from Goodwood, or could we stop a Trinty enroute?Seb, Trinity is very close to HFW so would be in the wrong direction for us.
Ihave looked at another route up to Basingstoke which could be a lot better than the one I normally take. I drove the last part this morning to make sure that I didn't get lost and it was quite fun, so long as there wasn't too much traffic.
I have sent Yeti a message to see if anything else would be possible at Goodwood. The main house isn't open on Friday but maybe the Kennels will be. He is hooning round Wales his weekend so I don't expect a response until Monday.

Are you still with us?We are getting closer. The dinner is definitely on at The Gamekeepers with a meet at 6.30 and a table booked for currently 12 at seven O'clock. If you want to join in please post up on the forum.
I have suggested that "The Fox Goes Free" at Goodwood doesn't look too bad and Seb is going to let me know what he thinks. It is 10 minutes from the circuit. Again, post up if interested because a table will need to be booked, Bank holiday Friday and all of that.
