Ha ha ha I would usually be frantically cleaning before a meet, but am too busy, so mine will be sporting silverstone flies, Dunlop rubber marks from fly off and break dust!!! hehe
After buying the DB9 I remembered why I hate owning black cars. So what have I done, gone and bought another black car as a runaround! I seem to have some sort of illogical weakness when presented with a clean one in a showroom!

I have the same problem :-(

Every other car has been black for some time, takes me about one car to forget what a bad idea it is. If I was an OCD guy with a fetish for car cleaning it would be OK!

Mine will be sporting some mud splatter on the wheel arches, and a selection of dead flies.

I'm not +1 anymore, so if anyone wants a lift from town, or wants some car ballast, happy to share a car.
Steve, STBMY is coming with me now, so would you be able to give Le Nicholas a lift?

With the added bonus that you can drive him home after the inevitable speeding pull and on-the-spot ban scratchchin

Now now, I've managed two whole journeys without a fine, or even any paperwork yes

I felt bad earlier this evening and took mine round to the jet wash, it's now only grubby, and not mud splattered.

Tony Hall, do you want to meet at a garage so that we can go in a convoy? Obviously I will wait until you are at the petrol pump and then make a fast getaway yes

Got someone coming around this afternoon to do the deed. If they fail to show then the polish option it is.

Theswe guys do such a great job for eight quid... my time is worth more to me to be honest. New, clean cloths everytime etc.

I will clean the Morgan myself though, it wouldn't benefit from a powerwash biglaugh

Couldn't be arsed to clean mine. Especially as it may be raining according to the latest local weather reports.
Could get the Polish to do it on the way, but don't want the bodywork washed in grit.

At the moment I don't have mine so may be in my wife's car. The upside of course is that I can consume copious amounts of beer and wine (and hog) smile

There is a local mobile guy down near me that does our cars. £40 for full inside/outside valet with polish and wheel dressing etc. I plan on doing that every 6 weeks or so with a £15 inside/outside/wheels/glass mini valet from him in between. Seems quite reasonable to me plus he is on my property, not rushing the job and knows that a good inspection afterward is expected.

The nearest place to me and the cheapest I will never go to because I've seen them 'move' the cars inbetween washes and they ain't gettin' in mine....
