Appreciate there have been many threads dealing with this topic. But I wanted to acknowledge the exceptional service I have received from The Wheel Specialist, Nottingham Branch. Mark Harnden who owns this unit is a superb guy and shows fantastic empathy to his customers and an appreciation of their cars.
I had all four of my 15 spoke rims fully refurbished about three months ago and the workmanship and attention to detail was second to none. Sadly, I caught two of the wheels a fortnight ago and wanted the car looking good before heading South to Monaco on Sunday.
Mark was brilliant, unfortunately, a cosmetic repair was not possible and a further full refurbishment had to be undertaken. Mark was able to offer a 15% discount given my previous business with him which was much appreciated and softened to blow the my ego and my wallet.
I am in no way associated with this business other than being a very satisfied customer. Mark does a lot of business with the premium dealers in the area and understands Aston Martin (Torque Settings, Tightening Procedure, TPMS etc).
I can not recommend enough!
