Just had a warning light come up on dash. Car has had recent service (26K Miles) Is it a JAG ecu that my local man can plug into or is it Aston only ?????

What sort of warning light?

A lot of them can be read (and cleared) by an OBDII reader. £20 from eBay.

The orange engine image and a note on the display saying emission fault service required

Yep. That's very common.

I cleared the same light on my V8V using one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Any-Car-Engine-Fault-Dia...

When you're sat in the driver's seat, by your left knee. There are 2 plugs: a bespoke AM one and a standard ODBII one. I think that it's labelled 'engine' or something similar. It's obvious anyway.
