Quick response:

Alignment prices are requested ;-
Check only - £19.95
Alignment adjust - £44.95 (x 2 if front & rear adjusted )
Cambers / casters - £29.95( each)
All prices exclude vat .

The equipment that we are using is the very latest Hawkeye digital camera system from Hunter and is operated by a senior and very experienced technician so the job that we do is the best you can get !
I hope this helps.

All seems reasonable. Thoughts?

Lol, I'd love to say I could but I've been out of that category for a few years. I almost wore a hoody to last night but I thought that would aid in the pigeon-holing a little too much. wink

So I've just arrived back from DTD in Worthing after having my geo checked. Things weren't wildly out but also not right on the money. I took that chaps advice and didn't bother adjusting the minute stuff on the Camber/Caster but I did opt for the toe adjustment. Prior to the adjustment the F/L was at 0d08 and the R/R was at 0d05. After adjustment it was 0d02 and 0d13 respectively with a thrust angle of 0 degrees.

Car drives lovely, but she drove lovely before so I can't trust myself to give an objective view on the before/after. However, the traction control issue remains, blinking away like a good'n in both left and right hand bends when the car is driven anything near enthusiastically. Not affecting the ride per se but it's interesting to hear that others don't see it.

Doug as I said before, I drive very enthusiastically and never see it, there is something not right.

Having the GEO checked was still a good thing though yes

As a fellow DB9 driver... I have seen the light under acceleration, but never on cornering.

But then I take it pretty gently round the corners, or I find my pipe slips off the top of the ski slope. smile

As a fellow DB9 owner and maniac driver, I never see the light unless the road is extremely bumpy and I'm under a lot of power.

Sounds like a sensor; can you feel the TCS doing anything, or is it just a flickering light? You tend to feel it when it kicks in...

Can't feel anything specific, but then if I'm not on the limit of grip then it shouldn't be acting on anything I guess. If it was a dodgy sensor I would have expected a different frequency of lights depending on a left/right turn given that different wheels were being loaded, however it seems to be pretty much the same in all corners.

I can see where the conversation will go with the dealer. 'Well the problem is when I corner between 80 and 140 mph I get this blinking light....'

Might be worth popping in and doing a demo in my car and another DB9 they have in stock to see the difference.

Only with the foot on the accelerator, never when off throttle, which is what Doug is reporting. Anyway it has no effect as TC is off wink

Exactly, no throttle at all just cornering. It's not an issue but I'm intrigued as to why others don't seem to be getting it. I doubt I'm driving harder than certain established members of the forum. wink

I'm confused - are you saying you are corning at high speed with no throttle on at all and that trigger the TC?
