Had the Aston for 4 years, fancied a change.. 'Downgrading'.. I suppose its an opinion driven thing but now got a full blooded GT at 600bhp, 0-60 in just over 4 seconds and a 200mph car.

Sorry David, as you could see in my previous post, I was completely stunned, not knowing what to say. - smile

I hope that you enjoy your Bentley. Clearly big and very fast.

My car needs 4·7 seconds to accelerate 0-60, and the top speed is only (so I am told) 180 mph.
I don't worry about all that stuff though, but I do however feel very privileged to be able to drive along in what is considered to be the work of design genius, and which probably will become a classic.

If there is such a thing as a Bentley forum, have you posted there, to tell them your good news? - smile

I didn't realise we had a professional footballer amongst our numbers smile

Just kidding, looks fabulous and hope it scratches the itch for a change. Hopefully see you back in an Aston before too long

Nice Bentley enjoy. Most Aston owners though who have made this move soon want a Aston again!
So they do eventually recover? Thats good news, we all realy liked Speccy. Hope he feels better soon. smile

Replaced the battery yesterday afternoon, took three hours to do but so worth it... I now have a car in the drive that has no wires hanging out the back of it, starts on the button ( smile ), and it only cost a pulled hamstring, a partially dislocated shoulder, and £120 quid.... not sure what the osteopath will charge yet though biggrin

Put Kevin-the-Aston up for sale through a local specialist trader. After two years sorry to see him go but I never really gelled with the Aston experience, might give it a go again when the new Vantage is out. I'm going to miss the noise more than anything else frown

Drove mine 14ft forwards, gave it a polish and then drove it 14ft backwards!

Was worth it though - well chuffed with attempt No.1 at a proper polish.

It's officially now going to be the mildest winter ever!
My winter wheels and tyres have gone on my V12S Roadster.
Had them painted black prefer the black on a silver car biggrin:

Yep. Mine are still safely tucked away in storage. I'm sure the time will come but it's not here yet.

BTW will they fit the GT8? biggrin
