Took it to the pub, parked with some other nice Astons, met some very nice people, had a very brief run afterwards with another V12V, and all in lovely sunshine.

Got caught in a traffic jam.

That DBS sounded lovely (@ 1:30 if you want to skip to it), video doesn't do it justice. Anyone from on here?

On a lovely straight stretch near Salamanca! About to zoom off.

Then an hour later we went up the SA201 from 940 metres to 1250 metres on these hair pin bends before coming down the other side onto more great straights!!

Fitted new O/S tail light £110.00 instead of AM £460.00 went fine, color coded strip came off gently with no hiccups.

Then had four wheel alignment done by Pro Tyre's Hemel, what a difference....

Took the DB9 over to the west coast of Scotland for a couple of days and had the best drive of my one year of ownership !! Must of driven for 5 minutes on the A832 heading to Gairloch and did not see a car ! Great road surfaces no potholes ! It was like having your own race track ! Stayed in a hotel on the banks of Loch Marree where two of the locals were very complimentary about my car which was nice. Took one of them for a drive in it and he was so grateful he gave us a bottle of wine for dinner ! 460 miles and 20.0 miles to the gallon exactly.

First outing of the year, started and ran sweet as a nut (no battery conditioner needed over winter ;-)). Brakes had held up too, clearly rad didn't need a top-up.

Not today but a couple of days ago I got it back from being serviced, having the dash recoloured where the Parliament green had faded slightly, and respray on the boot lid where tree sap had made a mess of the paintwork. Hopefully go out in it today.

They don't seem to like being filled to the top do they? Mine does exactly the same unless there's a empty couple of inches below the filler neck...

Get a dashboard switch added, I got it done before I picked mine up. Then you can switch off and on whenever you want.
