We went the scenic route to Four Seasons at Dogmersfield for lunch, and took the long route home. I am glad it's not a daily driver, I might lose that special feeling when taking it out.

You went to Raymond Blanc and had ham and eggs? Did they do chips with it?
Pomme frites at least, I hope. laugh
Indeed but I'll bet Raymond just cooks them... perfectly. Rather than boil them for 7.85 seconds, fries them at 89.5 degrees for 10 minutes, cools them for 2 hours them fries them again and again for "just" 3.5 minutes - or until you can charge £13 a punnet for them in a pub.

So how many miles have you put on it in the first week?

Where was that?

I've done about 1100 miles in her!!!

The first picture was taken on the Evo Triangle on the A453 to be specific, thoroughly enjoyed the whole area, the triangle was good fun, the A5 bit was a bit dull but the other two sides are great roads, we went around twice smile

The second picture was taken on the way in not sure on the road, we stopped because we got stuck behind a queue of go slowers, some beautiful views!

Maybe an odd question but did you go clockwise or anti clockwise? I'm off there on Friday and I don't know if there's a preferred way round.

I know, it's a lame photo, but there wasn't much stopping in countryside laybys for pictures.

I don't often do the triangle anymore, over exposed and there far better rounds around that neck of the woods
Like the B4391 in your second photo! wink

Ahh B4391... Lovely bit of Tarmac. I was there on Friday too...but on 2 wheels ;0)

On Saturday I rediscovered why I love my V12V so much, laughing like a loon as we jumped to warp... I was seriously thinking getting in to a 599, and it still calls to me, but the Aston is just a wonderful thing...
