Funnily enough BigScotty

DBS - new front pads and decat. The fitter even took me out to bed the pads in yikes used more fuel than I expected scratchchin oh the noise cloud9

DB9V - fitted some lovely new sill plaques and shiny knobs supplied by some Tosser.
After all this excitement I just had time to drive to my local Sainsbury to take back the five bottles of ste Champagne they delivered in lieu of the Bolly.
I got quite stroppy, kicked in the shop front, head butted the manager and drove off, can't get over how shiny my knobs are. biggrin

Had it detailed.

Paddy was kind enough to turn out on a Sunday, especially kind since this was the detail he gave away for charity at Burghley.

12+ hour day as I bid enough for the car got the full treatment including GTechniq Serum and glass polish. Great attention to detail as the great man braved housemartins and thunderflies trying to undo his good work all day. An amusing spectator sport, though he got his own back as I was on my hands and knees later applying some snake oil to the wheels (which to be fair was not included :-)

Precious little cake was consumed and he has only just left

Will post pics on the photo thread soon

I'm after a good detailer and it seems that Paddy would fit the bill; does he service the South-West and if so, can you direct me to a contact number please?

Cheers, Ray.

You have mail.

Can't recommend him highly enough. Don't forget to have large amounts of cake available to fuel him through his long day.

Met my buddy in his Carrera 4 on Sat morning for a 2 car 'Hoon' around the Hampshire country roads. Ended up waiting for him four times along the route so he could catch up. I don't think he was expecting a 'Pipe & Slippers' DB9 to pull away from him like that. (Saying that...it is Blofeld)...

Now that for me sums up the essence of having a lovely car, always going the very long way to anywhere.
