Today I killed the car Dad. Well, this is a sorry story... If it's true then I'm not overly surprised! 15 and the owner of a DB9!

Floor jacked the car and polished and waxed the front and rear covers and rocker panels. Also re-blacked the window strips and cowl vents. Did some touch up painting and cleaned the windows. Took about 3hrs.

Bought a new V8V. Should collect it next weekend.

Many thanks to Rodger, Stuart, Chris and Blair at Aston Martin Edinburgh for a great day and all the coffee.

Edit for spelling frown

When you were at AM Edinburgh did you see a V8 Vantage Roadster arrive on an AA flat bed truck?
My car threw up an error message (ABS / DSC Service Required etc) on the dash and the AA could not diagnose the issue, so relayed the car from my driveway to AM Edinburgh

Hmmm. I wonder if that was the car that was doing donuts after it came off the flat bed?laugh

Seriously, I'm afraid I didn't see any poorly Aston arrive while we were there. Hope it's neither too serious nor costly for you.

Sounds like a simple case of wheel speed sensor to me. You would have been able to continue your journey and have it repaired at your convenience. The AA man probably did not realise how to plug into the diagnostics to confirm it, and probably didn't want to do a wheel sensor anyway.

They're definitely an attention getter aren't they..hehe

Nice spec on that as well, lightweights, and I seem to remember from the advert that it has B&O too. When's collection day?
