These PSS have a huge rim protection lip and all tramlining and tugging from the worn AMR 'approved' Bridgestones is gone smile. What a truly dynamically superb car it is now again!
Waiting until you start pressing on with them! wink

Yesterday I managed to drive out of the garage with the Vantage still connected to the battery conditioner. Ops. Thankfully it just un clicked rather than causing any damage. Time for a note on the front seat.

Well I spent the day sorting out a break a squeal from I think the rear disks on my nelwy aquired DB9 and then giving her its first wash and clean - only picked it up on saturday and stil lgetting used to owning her. Its such a pleasure to clean her. Anyone got an ideas as to polish to us - thinking of gettign professional detail done and ceramic sealant used with a final top polish - so many options ! - Also any suggestions for the ski slop - has slight evidence of fading on edges - door caps fine - I dont want to replace - but repair possibly - thanks New to forum and so much great info

Get in touch with paddy328. He is our resident, tame detailer. He has probably detailed more Gaydon AMs than anyone else in the country. He will sort you out. Send him a PM or otherwise his details are in the FAQ. (Emerald Detailing).

Work is going to have me staying away from home several weeks at a time soon, is there any particular trickle charger you guys are using or would recommend? (V8V)

My old Accumate I bought for the Elise works a treat, and much cheaper than an AM branded one. Just plug it into the 12V socket in the boot

Ctek Mxs 5.0 (5 amp) if you can leave it plugged in to the mains. It can also recharge if you do end up with a flat battery. Lower powered ones may struggle to do that. Aston put their own sticker on ctek chargers.

Did a little shoot last night with a local PH'er who is a photographer. This is the first image that he's edited and sent me.

It's midnight blue and usually looks a lot darker and is harder to photograph. The guy took a load of shots from the same angle using different flashes and lights then merged the pics using photoshop afterwards to get that lit up effect. It was interesting to see how they produce these glossy images you see in magazines etc. Usually it only looks that blue in bright direct sunlight.
