I've had a great morning at Aston HQ doing the tour. I met Barry Griffin the final inspector of my previous Vantage and DB9! Some rather interesting things around the Vulcan and the DP-100, a full-size clay model is on display.

The eclipse was happening as we arrived so I took this on my iPhone.

Made my P&J incredibly jealous by spending the whole day cleaning, polishing and waxing the Merc - while she looked on. Don't worry young one. a brand new Rupes polisher just ordered for you... That'll be my next job on the Aston then.

Nice. If i have one complaint about the Rapide its that the LED's are too high a degree Kelvin - way way too blue!!! [1st world problems etc]

Put on some black nut covers;
Wash and polish and...
