Here's what I've been working on last week for a few days at Mcgurks. Thought you guys might like to see it.

Had my Sunday drive interrupted by a fellow in a black and white fordrolleyes. Was doing 65 in a 55 but he only got me for a missing front plate and dark tinted windows.
Was that the before or after photo ? smile

Spent 2 and a half hours under a high cloud sky (perfect) bringing Vesuvius back to a pristine shine after her gallops around Cadwell Park on the 30th, it feels so good.

Took the car out for a spin forgetting how little petrol was left in the tank, 4 miles to the nearest petrol station. When I started the car in the garage it had 35 miles left in the tank, turned the car around to go down the drive 25 miles left in tank 1 mile down the road 15 miles left, then no miles left. So switched to instant mpg and manage to get 35 mpg. Got to the petrol station £90 later hit the loud button and got mpg down to 0mpgdriving. Note to self leave car with more petrol.

Updated sat nav to full post code search that should make the sat nav more usable.

Removed the parcel shelf from my V8V. Blimey I couldn't believe the difference to the exhaust sound thumbup, someone needs to make an acoustically permeable parcel shelf so I can hear that lovely sound but still keep my flat cap and whippet out of sight.

Managed to get two 15kg Butane gas bottles in the boot of the SP workhorse, much to the wonder of the woman at the garden centre.

God job I didn't stack it, the trusty GAP insurance wouldn't have been much use then angel
