Cool will PM you to see if we can arrange something - maybe September when availability improves and mates rates may rear their head smile?

Le Mans 24 with some old friends

In our group we had one of the Motor Racing Legends "cars": Connaught ALSR, sad times though - only only completed one race lap before a piston went:

Had a cheeky Michelin lunch on the way down to Le Mans with Porsche GB. There were FIVE 918 Spyders. Great blast down the minor roads together - that was fun Molly thumbup

Like the way I parked my car - One for the AM team hehe

Took it back home..

Had a great morning touring the factory. At first I was disappointed that they weren't building cars that day, but it actually worked out better as they were prepping for an employee family weekend so there were lots of cars around that wouldn't usually be there. Bumped into Mr Palmer too.

There are some pics from Aston on the twitter here and here.

Looked a fabulous day. Did you see the Vulcan and does it look as good in real life as in the pictures?

Does this qualify? Got my father to take his DBS volante on track! Couldn't quite compete with my car behind, but pretty good proper use of a soft top supercar?

You were the cuckoo in the nest there Will! Bet that was a nice drive down. I have yet to go to Le Mans...will add that to my 2016 schedule...

Nice photos and well done for holding up the Aston end! Looking closely at the photos, it's your car that seems to have the attention of the ladies and gentlemen smile

Took my dad out for a "V8 Breakfast" - fry up at Fennel restaurant that attracts some very nice cars.

Got a "Emissions System Service Required" warning message in my DB9 at the weekend, looked it up on PH and hoped it would self-correct by today. It hadn't, so took it to my local main dealer service department. They kindly diagnosed it while I waited, following which I was told it was a P2800 error code, which could be a result of any of the following, amongst others;

- Low battery charge
- Not pressing one of the PRND buttons in the centre, or hard enough
- Doing lots of short manoeuvres, like a 7-point turn

Cost of rectifying the above indiscretions - nearly £120. I must go on a button-pressing course.

Took a lovely young lady to a prom to arrive to an audience of 300 at an exquisite building.

Humbled a brawny American car...big time...smokin

Got filmed through a tunnel by men in another car enthusiastically pointing at my exhaust and their ears on approach!!!

What a wonderful d a y (remember these when we get the silly bills)!
