Yes epic fun. Suspension set to 'track', sport button well and truly on. Well worth the tyre abuse wink

A bit of footage taken by a passenger...

Had a brilliant trip the west coast of Scotland planned with some friends. Skye, Applecross and Torridon etc.

All started well.. over to tomintoul

Then..

At least I was stranded in a nice area hehe

Maybe the T-shirt jinxed it..

Ended up getting the car recovered to the dealer's where I then realised it needed a service, along with the tyre/refurb.. going to be an expensive one!

Had a brilliant trip as a passenger though

Oi,,,I'll have you know Betzie is a very well behaved member of the Aston Martin Car Room Club, makes her contribution to the Room in a small but profoundly unforgetable way, thank you. wink As to the MO551E project, progress has over the winter/Spring been slow, mainly because a new production method being adopted which creates the aluminium body panels. The detail has now been finalised and production implemented, the promise of significant build progress starts at the end of this month.

I'm hopeful that Septemberish will see her taking her place in the Car Room Club, offering a salute to that most famous era of Aston Martin Heritage, the DBR1 successes of the late 1950's.

Can't wait to see it once it's been finished. Do you think you'll have room for it in the garage? Lol

Had James upgrade my car to allow Google Earth sat nav etc on centre screen - what a transformation!

As many know, I have a Quantum Silver DBS which is same as used in James Bond film.

Car is also manual which is a bonus....more JB connections.

Thing I didn't know after all these years of ownership is that my chassis number actually ends with 007 - how kool is that cool

The guy that owns it is truly one of a kind too. Some may say unique.

7 manual DBS volantes, or 7 in that spec?

Are you going to customise the interior on this one too?
