Nice one.

Just a thought, if you have a chance how about a "before" and "after" video of the sound? Would love to hear what difference they make

I"m not keen on that either. What about just getting some red "lipstick" put on from your local vinyl shop?

I have to be honest, and respectfully, I think it's terrible. The Aston is such a beautiful car. The red ruins it for me. Black (or chrome) would look so much better. But thanks for sharing.

Took my latest accesories out for a ride. Think they're good for another 5 or 10 hp.
Also toying with the idea of a red or black grill. Read about using pinstriping tape to preview it so threw on some red and will look at it for a couple weeks. Then try black before deciding.
Instead of red how about going for orange to match you new gulf shoes.

Ha! Yes, not liking the red myself. Might just leave them silver. Thinking I'm trying to turn a DB9 cruiser into something it isn't.

Do have a piano black center and glass buttons on the way from AMB. My wood center slowly developed a nice split right down the nav cover.

A nice pair of RED trousers would compliment well.

Just picked up my first Aston today, what a great experience and 120 mile drive home even if it poured with rain. I'll need some orange trousers for this one!

Bloody lovely looking Vantage! I do really like that colour. If it wasn't for the missus sticking her oar in I'd say that would very likely be the colour of my next AM

Just got in the mail today from AM Bits. Piano black and got the glass buttons too. Weekend project. My maple has developed some cracks. Purchased the car from the east coast and now in California perhaps the dryer environment caused the issue? Has always been in the garage and use a sunscreen when out and about.

Been putting a few much needed miles on the TVR so not used the Aston for nearly four weeks... I'm a firm believer that cars need to be used.... anyway, suffering from missing my astonitis I ventured into the garage this evening with a glass of CabSav, slid into a cocoon of red and black leather, turned on the radio and listened to some beautiful classic music..... cloud9 I am such a sad tt biggrin

So swapped out this evening. Took lots of pics and making a tutorial. Very pleased with the result.

That looks good Steve - feels a little more modern maybe?

My piano black is cracked too - should have done a timelapse video of it cruising up the sat nav port! And not quite as much sun where we are either! I have sourced a new one but still not fitted it after 2 years! I'm waiting to buy the full set glass buttons before I do it - a great aspiration but the money always seems to go on higher priorities lol wink Look forward to your guide smile
