Took the old Vanquish out for a quick drive, first time in over 6 weeks.....loved it!

Let's hope the weather is going to stay warm and no more salt on the road!

Didn't take a pic on the day, but one attached of the old girl.

Looks to be an oil filler cap.
Yes it is..

Not a massive difference, but more in keeping with the finishing of the rest of the car.

Do you have an AM warranty? Have you checked whether this is OK?

I ask coming from a Porsche ownership background where they are so petty about any modifications on the car - they will quite literally invalidate your warranty for say an engine claim for having a bluetooth kit fitted to the car!

May have a chat with AM to see myself as this looks like a quality touch smile

Where have you been hiding buddy? Good to see you around.
You missed one thread where some chap may have bought some lightweights with damaged squabs. Didnt you have some mint ones recently?

Might be worth helping that chap out.

Very good point, and thanks for the heads up.. Thankfully I've not yet started the car up since fitting it, so have switched it back for the original thumbup

Dropped my little terror in to Bamford Rose for some attention and was greeted by this view.

Quite a nice way to start the day...

My wife is OK with this kind of behavior provided I tell her I am going on an extended sausage buying trip, and don't just say something like "I'm off to get some salt & vinegar chips at the shop" which is 2km away, and don't come back for one hour...

Sounds reasonable.. Now a tip for your next extended sausage buying drive out.. The best bratwurst is from St. Gallen, and the best olma bratwurst is from Metzgerei Schmid.. thumbup
