Digital Speed Display on V8V

Does anyone know how to switch the digital display to show KPH rather than MPH? I am off to Le Mans in the morning and this could be useful

Ignition on. Press and hold "read" and the "trip" on the end of stalk..

Press the the read button and the left hand stalk button whilst the display is swing MPH . It will then change!
