Like the OP's colour mine is Canna di Fucile Mettalico, which is a Ferrari colour.
Mine is the the only GT to be finished in this colour though there are several GTA's and other cars that sport this fine paint finish.
My seats are 100% leather unlike most that have Alcantara inlays.. to be honest these sport seats as per original Vanquish don't really need the Alcantara as they fit so snug you certainly don't slide about under heavy cornering.
Mines now passes 55,250 miles.. and still goes like a b*stard! :-)
I've stiffened the front end up some more and my exhaust makes some lovely pedal lift-off pops and crackles.. :-)

So, you don't think I should sell mine. then?
Honestly, we are considering moving it on for a V12 engine . . . thoughts?
Well, all that I can say is that I will not be selling mine. As far as moving onto the V12 engine is concerned, my only comment would be that I have always understood that there is a considerable running cost differential, should you change to a Vantage.Honestly, we are considering moving it on for a V12 engine . . . thoughts?
I have never driven an i6 and so I cannot compare the driving experience, nonetheless, I would agree that these earlier cars do benefit from much more attractive lines, particularly, when viewed from the front and side. I can confirm that the V12's make a fantastic sound, providing considerable power when required and that the coupe's are a very much more solid driving experience when compared with the Volante's. My preference has always been for the manual gearbox but there are just as many owners who favour the Auto Transmission and Touchtronic's.
I had my i6 volante for 2.5 years - the longest I ever owned a car - then had to get the TVR thing out of my system so sold it.
In between selling it and buying the TVR, I spent as much if not more time looking at a V12 manual coupe and did try to negotiate for one. In a lot of ways I regret selling the i6 but I needed the new challenge.
But, when I tire of the new toy, I just know I will return to AM and probably opt for the version above if there are any around when I start looking. I cannot say what the driving differences are between an i6 and V12 but I just want a V12 before I die. I think it is something you just have to do.

It is loud when under load, sounds tremendous when "taking off". However when cruising it is fine with a nice background "hum" - not at all intrusive. I should say Paul had my car for over a week working on different set ups to get it just right and as you can see in the first photo the 2 sides of the pipe join up at the centre of the X and this helps prevent any booming when cruising.
Rubbish vid I know but www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaZThayyJn8 at 2.30 will give you some idea
I've only just had the chance to watch the video that you made of the parade lap at Silverstone earlier this year. I was already upset at the fact that I was unable to attend but am now even more depressed that I missed out, particularly, seeing all of the "7's" driving round the lap together, it must have been a great day!Rubbish vid I know but www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaZThayyJn8 at 2.30 will give you some idea
We were very lucky, some friends in the Feltham and Gaydon groups were more bunched up and didn't get so many opportunities to "open her up" - we managed 120 on the hangar straight.
garrydb7 did a fantastic job organising it all - 350 cars lined up, out on track, a quick lap, back in and parked up, all in the lunch break
Looking forward to the Aston parade he has sorted out for Carfest this Sunday - it's been a great summer
