Can we assume that Rob therefore gets time off for good behaviour on Tuesday and you as well?
Woolders old chap - there's as much chance of Rob making it to London as there is of us seeing you at McGurks tomorrow (go ahead and prove me wrong wink )

Evening Ed, looking forward to tomorrow - couldn't see the Mo in the Mail, but if it's the bikini one, it's a belter!
No its not the bikini job its his full growth shaved away leaving a cats tail that run down his face and neck culminating in the rest of the cat shaved out
of his chest hair.

Very artistic especially if you don't mind being called pussy face, all for a good cause though.

Looking forward to tomorrow and meeting all of you guys (and Molly).. This is my first Aston PH 'get together', so I guess I'd be one of the newbies...

Hope the weather is good. Will be a good drive out to Gaydon and hopefully the Aston will stay clean enough for Rango to take some nice snaps.

You are of course right about me making it that far north tomorrow.

That shouldn't stop Rob and you coming South on the 17th. You do know that you will be the first item on the agenda at the D&D if you fail to appear!

A massive thank you to all for this mornings turn out. Really great to meet new friends and surprised to bump into old ones too (Nick after 14 years!!)
I am already hatching a plan for next year that could involve Long Marston drag strip (just a thought), if you all fancy that?

Congratulations to Mark Dwyer for winning the prize draw, your free service is ready when you are. Thank you also to Molly for kindly picking the winner.
Last but not least thanks to Ed for supporting the morning from start to finish.

I look forward to seeing you all again.

I didn't think it was still called Long Marston! Have raced there many, many times. I thought they called it Shakespeare County Dragway or something now.

I will certainly be up for some of that. We can see in real time what effect owners mods have had on performance without worrying about crashes. You need to be pretty stupid to crash in a straight line in a road car.

To bring the numbers up, how about getting some Jaguar drivers involved? Could be some good "JAG v ASTON MARTIN" scores settled.

Thanks for hosting the event, it was well worth the 250 miles round trip and I didn't even get the car rained on!

8Tech.

My first visit to McGurk, much enjoyed thank you. Bacon butties especially went down well.
Fav car was the old (80s?) V8. Sign of my age I guess - everyone wants the car from their teens.

+ 1 … and nice to meet you and the team.

Felt sorry for you that your planned caterer let you down (but good recovery with the sarnie run) - here's your chance to name & shame him!

Thank you to everyone for a great day, nice to meet you all and take pics of your P&J's

for those who took up the offer of some stand alone pictures:

I require your reg no. and email address,

This way i can send you the pics of the relevant car in full res to your email.

It may be a few days before you receive them, so rest assured your not being ignored.

I have to juggle editing them all around work.

So once again thank you smile

Wonderful morning, really enjoyed and the pub afterwards was cracking! Many thanks to Ed for organising, John for some genuine hospitality, Chris for offering to take so many photos, and for all of the gang for turning up. I ended up boozing with Toms, rather unsurprisingly, then got ambushed by my wife - Xmas shopping - not cool. wavey
