They should make Dr Bez buy every one left out of his pension entitlement.

Another artical spewing nonsense about average CO2 emissions... punch

But good news, a totally pointless venture by AM.

As a little runaround, say a Smart equivalent, when the price drops to 10k for a car that is still in v good nick and has low mileage, I can see it making (relatively speaking) more sense

At least that's what I though the last time I looked and saw prices typically in the high teens

But just looked on PH & AM sites following this thread and there are only around 6-7 for sale, a few at just under 20k and a few at around 30k, in the latter instance, not all of which have delivery miles/2013 models

Either very optimistic pricing or there has been zero production whilst those in the system have been sold thus meaning very few left

Either way, paying 30k looks even more mental now than it did on launch. But in a couple of yrs time, maybe they will make a little more sense as a s/h buy - it was never IMO such a bad car if you live in say NY, London or Paris, just one that never stacked up for the price. Plus one that suffered from not having a single performance enhancement over the donor car which was a fatal flaw

Utterly bizarre even given the "Average CO2" argument. There's one of these that lives down the road from me, only ever seen two or three of them.

I wonder what the dealer bid is for them....a long way from £20k I am sure.

I have put a comment on their page informing them that they're CO2 argument is incorrect.

What's the point of writing about cars when you don't know anything about them??

Fortunately though my blue chum, you don't attempt to make a living out of it...

Sadly it was only an embarrassment to the brand, confirmed by the very poor sales.

Shame they didn't tune it into a fast involving hot hatch, it may have worked then, maybe that could be Bamfords next project, now that would be fun, a 400 bhp fire breathing Cygnet biggrin

The only time you will see a fire breathing Cygnet is when they get torched wink
Now that would be a fitting end hehe
