Just though it would be right to give credit where it's due as you here more moaning than praise.
Had my car serviced today they collected and delivered it and was only slightly dearer than the independents and carried out additional work for free.
Kept me informed as to what they were doing.
I deal with customers every day so I understand how hard it is to get the balance right.
